Then he's righteous about someone else having done it despite knowing, and Tony's kind of "hey, welcome to the real world, Cap," but offers educational materials to get him up to speed and then helps him see how his PTSD is interacting with his Alpha instincts. Steve doesn't mind Tony being into rough sex, but he minds Tony not actually wanting the treatment he gets. He also thinks current norms about omegas are pretty stupid, since he'd want his omega fighting by his side and that's why Tony's his exact type, but he wants Tony to like him for himself. And his whole bonded pack is dead, which almost no one knows.
