Summary
When Rumi's patterns get revealed during a routine demon hunt, she doesn't wait for Mira and Zoey to kill her—she vanishes, ditching her electronics, bank accounts, anything that could be used to track her.
Now, having learned the truth from Celine, Mira and Zoey are desperate to find her and bring her home. But with no way to find her and the Honmoon tearing apart, they don't have many options.
Meanwhile, Rumi, desperate and starving, throws herself into demon fights in the hopes of doing one last good thing with her life. But, without access to any money, the only food she can find is souls...

‘It’s a British author this time. I think I have a good chance of being right.’ Poppy answered with a tiny smile before turning the page with delicate fingers.

Ha-yun hesitated, trying to read Celine’s expression. Eventually, her smile returned, softer than usual but still genuine. “Not a chance. In fact, I’d bet money you’re a lightweight.”
Celine shrugged as she accepted the drink. “Guess we’ll find out,” she said. Celine slowly brought the cup to her lips. She forced herself not to gag as the alcohol hit the back of her throat. “Ugh,” she groaned. “I don’t know why you like this stuff.” She tried to ignore the excitement in Mi-yeong and Ha-yun’s eyes as she continued to drink.

Summary
Several people have been demanding (not asking, demanding) I make an AU of my Demon Rearing AU where everything is totally happy and fine and, while I'm not committing to a full fic or anything, I also would like to explore their weird happy family a bit. So, have some random oneshots in no particular order that I'll update randomly of Rumi and her several (still living) parents.
Also because it's a bunch of oneshots, I can skip straight to polytrix things for some of these so that's fun.
These oneshots have nothing to do with the Demon Rearing canon and likely will not overlap or spoil anything, since this is a pretty different situation. Reading Demon Rearing probably isn't important to understanding any of these, but you know. If you want to know where this came from, that's where. There might be some added context if you read that first, but I don't think it's necessary.
