So... turns out Shadow Milk can detect lies. Which means Pure Vanilla’s plot to trick him has failed before it's begun. Now the Ancient's half-corrupted Soul Jam is caught between both sides of Knowledge. And it's driving him mad. His only out is to confess his planned betrayal and hope Shadow Milk will at least rid his mind of Truth.
But a certain Veiled Mourner won't let him fall to Deceit so easily. And she's got the Beast of Silence backing her up.

Having no knowledge on how he got there and only a few, feverish-like memories from his past, he stumbles upon another cookie, a face rather familiar, although he can't quite tell where from.

Cookie run kingdom vampire Au :D
In a medival setting, humans and vampires have been at war for ages but after finally figuring out the vampires weaknesses humanity gains the upper hand in a devastating fight. Pure Vanilla lives in a little village near the border of the Kingdom, which is being targeted by one of the five vampire nobels. He and his friends go on a mission to finally free their village.
Cookies are human/vampire.
Names are slightly altered.This is a work of fiction focused on the relationship between shadow milk and pure vanilla but portrait in a unhealthy place.
The characters are not pursuing a dating relationship or related sexual acts.
Dont read if you dont like it.I advise you to recheck the tags as i continue posting, as i am not entirely sure where this is going and will be adding.

“Greetings, Seekers,” The Fount of Knowledge announces, rising from his desk and spreading his arms, “I welcome you to the Hall of Answers. Please, come with questions and I shall answer. It would be my pleasure to grant you all a fraction of my knowledge.”
The souljam encrusted to his staff is as cold as ice. It’s to be expected; the Light of Knowledge has long been reduced to fleeting echoes. Nothing to worry about. Swallowing thickly, he seats himself and briskly begins scrawling on his notes, desperately attempting to ignore the perspiration beading its way on his forehead.
It is not long before a Seeker gains the courage to rush up to his desk; this one is a stout cookie draped in gaudy jewellery and thick makeup on her dough. She snaps out an equally lurid fan and surveys him, eyeing his face, clothes and finally, the souljam on his staff, laid neatly by his side. She too eyes her peers down below, who determinedly nod back; one clenches their fist.
With that, she looks him dead in the eyes, and says, “Have the Witches forsaken you?”

It's probably bad for Pure Vanilla Cookie to start procrastinating when Dark Enchantress Cookie is still out there along with the beasts...
Except, it's not necessarily procrastinating when he's learning more about the enemies right? Unfortunately for him, however, there's seems to be little or up to no information about their "pre-corrupted" form, as everything about them, even their era had been covered in a blanket of obscurity, it was as if fate had decided to forget their existence.
But, perhaps his old academy would have some answers to some of his questions... and maybe he could ask Shadow Milk Cookie to join him?

Había convertido a la temida bestia del engaño en algo más humano por así decirlo. Luego de todos esos años, luego de que aquel monstruo lo haya torturado mentalmente en la torre del conocimiento. Vainilla aun así, decidió darle una sola oportunidad.
Después de todo, sabía muy bien cómo se sentía estar solo tanto tiempo.
El día en que las demás bestias fueron selladas y Vainilla abogó por la bestia del engaño, no lo podía olvidar. La única de todas las demás bestias que había mostrado algo de cordura aun, algo de sentimiento. Aunque le costaría hacerlo cambiar, Vainilla tenía mucha fé en que con algo de tiempo para sanar, Shadow Milk podría volver a ser bueno.
