Izuku just wants to be a hero who saves as many people as possible, but having a vaguely homicidal and moderately sadistic quirk given to him isn't exactly helping most of the time. The battle against Shigaraki and All For One goes awry, but instead of meeting his end, Midoriya Izuku wakes up back as a middle school student on the fateful day he gets his dreams crushed and rebuilt all in the space of an hour.
With One For All humming in his veins (albeit almost completely muted since he is back to his previous noodle self), and a second chance to do things over, Izuku decides to do things better, while giving zero shits to anything and anyone.
He will do whatever it takes to prevent the impending apocalyptic shitshow, even if it means grabbing the nearest chair and beating reality to death in the process.

Watching Steve sit alone that first day- even with his ex and her new squeeze crowding his table- former King of Hawkins High with his bruised up face and puppy dog eyes, and apparently, knight in shining armor tendencies, Eddie never stood a chance.
It's Jeff, in the end, that finally badgers Eddie enough to let Steve be dragged over to their table- into Hellfire, and Dungeons & Dragons, and hopefully right into Eddie's arms- after Steve intervenes to stop Jeff being harrassed in the halls.
Now Eddie just needs to figure out what he's going to do with all of it.

He doesn't recognize the number, but Bo-Katan had said her contact would be in touch, though this is earlier than expected. By the time he's finished reading it, Bo-Katan is messaging him as well, a quick string of short messages that come in one after another.
Bo-Katan says, "Call me first," and "Call me now," and "This is extremely important," and "I pulled a lot of strings for this and you cannot afford to blow this off," and "Djarin, if you even think of trying to escape, I will track you down and stab you at least five times, I karking well mean it."
