Summary
Young Takaba Akihito is to marry the Duke of Sion, Asami Ryuichi, and be given a chance to escape the constricting hands of his father. But as soon as the newlyweds share a wedding night, the Duke has to leave his young bride to fight in the campaign against Dragons.
Four years go by when the Duke returns, now a Dragon King, triumphant and eager to return to his home and wife only to find Akihito, broken and shamed by those who were to keep him safe.

That’s what he tells himself when he finds himself walking through the doors; that’s why he keeps returning.
