Summary
Castiel's books are crammed into Dean's shelves, and Cas's laptop sits on Dean's desk. A number of silly trinkets fill the other nooks and crannies around Dean's room, souvenirs like cheap snow globes and handmade turtle figurines from their vacations that Cas insists on collecting and Dean's too gone on the guy to resist. The room used to be so barren back when he and Sam first moved into the bunker. Now there's hardly any space left. Aside from the empty one on the bed.
“Cas... We've talked about this. Personal space?”
Now, Castiel is Dean's personal space, and Dean refuses to have it any other way.

“I don't like people,” Castiel blurts out. His hands curl into fists and uncurl several times. The room becomes smaller. Dean looks very taken aback. Castiel sighs, trying to relax. “I'm not good at... socializing. I don't really leave my office,” he amends.
After a second, Dean chuckles and puts his hands in his pockets. “Yeah, I noticed.” He coughs, his face turning pink. “Well... What if I want to talk to you again?”
Castiel would love nothing more, but they can't. It's a bad idea. Nothing good comes from dating coworkers. “If you have a question about your training, or how to set up your direct deposit, just shoot me an email,” he instructs. “Now, you should get back to your work, and I need to get back to mine.”
“So...” Dean says. “I can't come talk to you without an appointment?”

Summary
Adam drags a hand through his damp hair and glances at the perspiration running off his skin. “Huh. I'm sweating. In the fucking desert. Imagine that.”
He isn't looking at Michael's apparition, but he hardly needs to in order to feel the archangel's eyes roll—all three hundred of them. “I could easily prevent this,” Michael reminds him with a sniff of his grace. Michael will whole-heartedly deny such actions as eye-rolling and sniffing if Adam calls him out, so he doesn't.
“Nuh-uh,” he says instead, finally turning to Michael and wagging a finger. Michael watches it with a blank face. “You agreed; I get to be the guide. I get to show you the finer points of human stuff. And that means doing things—” He raises an eyebrow and stares expectantly.
Michael's grace deflates, the barest hint of a sag in his apparition's shoulders. “—the human way,” the angel responds, looking extremely discontent.
