Rosie believes that all things considered, she’s treated Alastor fairly in the near century he’s spent under her charge. However, even her bountiful patience has its limits and she doesn’t appreciate any of his attempted swindling.

Juggling the total loss of his power & influence, a shitty marketing job, and dealing with increasing incidents of power-boosted sinners wreaking havoc, Vox has truly hit rock bottom. The therapy sessions and happy-go-lucky musical numbers aren't helping.
Despite it all, things could be worse. At least he's playing detective in a secret situationship with Alastor.

Vox loses a bet to Alastor so Alastor humiliates him by forcing him to wear a dress for a night. He mocks and laughs and even takes pictures. It’s all just good natured fun teasing his friend, right? It’s just for laughs, right? Maybe not.
It starts off as a comedy/ humor fic but then has a weird twist. Set when Alastor and Vox were still friends, though the vibe is more like they’re close friends who are kind of assholes to each other.

“You two should just fuck already!” Valentino taunted, savouring the spectacle.
And Vox could do it. He had the Radio Demon right there, bound and defiant, trembling with fury under his hands. Exactly where he had wanted him so many times. Exactly how he had fantasised about him, night after night—wanting him, hating him, craving him.
But not like this. Never like this.
Because for the first time, Vox realised that what he’d imagined for years wasn’t dominating him… it was touching him without destroying him.
And that terrified him more than any demon in Hell.

There had been a few diagrams and sentences he had to fill in with some logical guesswork of his own. Now, according to the book, he should start hearing a voice emitting from the radio--
