Summary
Neteyam begs and prays to Eywa one last time as he dies. He hopes she will hear him and make his prayers come true but he doesn't expect it to happen because it's very unlikely his wishes would come true.
However, unlike what most Na'vi believes Eywa does have her favorites, how rare it may be. And Eywa? Eywa has always favored the Sullys: especially Neteyam.
And months after Neteyam's death his one last wish becomes complete.

The birth of Aphrodite’s oldest daughters wasn’t heralded by the loud crying of children, the shaking of the earth, or anything of the sort. Their birth was announced by an awkward Helios, asking if he could pick which girl would be his bride or if they would rather choose for him. The two gods, still basking in their afterglow, asked what girls he was talking about.
The Titan of the Sun merely pointed down, and following his finger, Poseidon and Aphrodite finally saw who the blonde was referring to. In the space where the sand meets the sea, stood two confused-looking girls holding each other’s hands.
