Summary
Will shivered and groaned, curling into the couch like it might magically preserve his body heat, before sheepishly asking, “Does anyone have an extra sweater? I forgot mine.”
“Yeah—Will, no worries—” Lucas started, reaching for his bag, about to pull out the extra hoodie he’d packed for tomorrow. But before he could even unzip the damn thing, Mike literally yanked his own hoodie off and tossed it at Will like it was nothing. Will let out a tiny “oomph” as it landed on him, clearly not expecting it.
“I got it, Lucas,” Mike said, smug as hell. Yeah, no shit, Michael. Lucas just stared. Seriously? If he’d asked Mike for a jacket, it would have involved like…seven passive-aggressive comments. Not whatever the hell this is.
-
Lucas knows something is going on between Mike and Will, they're not exactly subtle, and he's going to figure this out.

Summary
“I got jealous, okay? The guy was all,” he gestures with his hands, huffing, “over you.”
Buck frowns, “Uh, but—”
Eddie shakes his head, “Just—forget it,” he mumbles.
(Or, Eddie goes to the mall with his best friend Buck, and he gets some big revelations along the way.)

Summary
The fire engine accident – and the viral footage of his rescue – made him an overnight hero, LA’s favorite firefighter with golden curls and dimples to die for. While Buck’s benched from active duty, the department’s PR team has a brilliant idea: let him host a feel-good radio show about “resilience, healing, and community.”
With nothing better to do, Buck becomes LA’s own personal Frasier.
The only difference? He’s terrible at it. Which somehow makes people love him more.
Then the calls start coming in. One voice in particular — warm, steady, and oddly familiar.
“Hi, uh, first-time caller, long-time listener. I could use some advice on… asking someone out.”
Buck laughs, gives his usual awkward pep talk, and moves on. Except “Eduardo from Los Angeles” keeps calling back. Each question gets a little more personal, a little more specific — about a friend who talks too much, loves too hard, and is completely oblivious to all of the advances he’s been making.
Everyone else figures it out long before Buck does.
OR:
In which Buck gives out love advice on his radio show — totally unaware of the fact that his repeat caller is Eddie, trying to figure out how to ask him out.

Summary
“Youdidntlookexcitedtoseeme,” Eddie mumbles in one unhappy breath.
Buck chuckles. “What was that?”
Eddie huffs. “You,” he says pointedly, poking a finger into Buck’s chest. “Didn’t look excited,” he emphasizes. “To see me.”
Or, sometimes, Eddie likes to be a tiny bit dramatic. Just sometimes. Just as a treat. It's Buck's favorite thing.
