A rewrite of Merlin if the writers weren’t cowards. A lot gayer, magic users aren’t the enemy in every single episode, and Uther is the actual villain of the story. Morgana is still a villain, but we have sympathy for her.

The deep depths of the Research levels of Fittes are dark at night, but that doesn’t frighten Edwin. Not anymore anyway.
It is true that over the past 50 years, The Problem has turned the fear of the dark from a childish phobia into a legitimate concern, but he has not allowed himself to be afraid of it in years. Being willing to go into dark and haunted places is inextricably linked with his job after all. Every agent has to learn to overcome the fear, or they do not last long.
