People come to him in secret when they need something in order to protect their own reputations, but find him extremely reliable and comforting. He, unfortunately, does not have(/allow himself to have) a person to lean on for himself.

    All people ever do is complain, the Specter HATES when people complain. survivors complain all the time about being in danger, and even if it was fun to see them get obliterated by the killers all the time, it was starting to get boring.

    So it had a idea, a wonderful, marvelous idea.

    What if he let the survivors have a turn; killing all those who were put in a round with them. It surely would be a way to wipe the smug look off of the killers faces.
