Neil sprints down the field, weaving around defenders until he's in front of the goal, and the goal keeper. Minyard stares him down, eyebrow raised in a silent challenge. One breath, then two, and Neil's shooting, aiming for the bottom left corner.
Minyard moves, faster than Neil could've predicted, smoothly swiping the ball off the ground and into his hands. "Better luck next time, Josten," He taunts.

Neil's eyes flicker down to Andrew's lips, his cheeks flushed from heat, and his strong arms. He feels himself flush before breathing, “Yes,” almost desperately.
Andrew stands and wades across the hot tub to stand between Neil's thighs. One hand tilts Neil's head back and the other guides Neil's hands to his shoulders. “Here and up,” he says, before leaning down and kissing Neil softly.

Red and blue lights flickered against the brick house in the dark. Andrew ducked under the ugly plastic police tape and walked up to the door. The front door was already opened, FBI agents and police scurrying within the house. His Docs squeaked quietly on the linoleum floor, unheard to anyone but him over the sirens.
Carnage awaited him. That was the only word for it.
It was undoubtedly the Carver, as the press had dubbed him. Nathaniel Wesninski. Alex. Stefan. Neil. Chris. Whichever name he used, it was all the same.

Nathan Wesninski is the most feared serial killer in America. At least, until he's killed in a police shoot out and his son Nathaniel takes over as the Carver, dropping bodies all over the US. Enter Andrew Minyard: FBI agent on the case.

On the worst nights, Andrew shoves Neil in the Maserati and drives until his head empties, till he can sleep again. This is one of those nights.

As a result, his family must now race against time to find the antidote, while also having to deal with a Bruce who still thinks Jason is Robin. A Bruce who doesn't recognise most of them. A Bruce far less jaded and cynical than the one they're used to. A Bruce who still cares. -

Tim closes his eyes, calculating. Based on the energy involved for a one week reset, he’s looking at a minimum displacement of about five years for the copy. His eyes sting as he fully grasps that if this works, one Tim will get to reunite with his friends and family, hold them and speak to them again, and work together to unleash all the contingencies and strategies he’s come up with to kick those invading alien assholes the fuck out, and the other Tim, the copy… won’t. He’ll wake up somewhen, isolated and traumatized, without friends, family, or any allies at all.
Well, shit. Whatever, at least Other Tim will know it worked. And he’s never minded the idea of sacrificing himself to save others. He confirms the calibration of the device, and pushes the big red button. Of fucking course there’s a big red button, supervillains are so predictable.
His last thought as the lights explode in his head and he tastes color is I hope computers are a thing whenever Other Tim lands. I’d hate to be put on trial for witchcraft. Fuck it, if I overshoot I’m gonna ride a goddamn dinosaur. Hell. Yes.
