Summary
Kaeya, well – he had been subjected to torture before. Or at least borderline that. It wasn’t a brag, it wasn’t something he liked advertising to have gone through. However it had given him confidence, beforehand, that he could withstand most common types of torture. Pain was an old friend, and Kaeya had learnt to greet it with open arms.
But, maybe it had been hubris, maybe he’d never even considered that – that someone might not want information. Might not want to kill him, eat him or transform him into an abyssal beast out to slaughter innocents. And that their torture of choice wouldn’t be electrocution, or burning, or cutting or beating him until he was black and blue.
OR:
When Kaeya gets kidnapped, no lucky knife falls into his hands. With nothing to defend himself and no way to escape, Kaeya has to endure; death seems preferable to reality. At least until a certain Ranger appears on the horizon.Series

The words couldn’t form properly in his mouth as his vision began fading rapidly. He felt himself lean over the table, almost falling to the side, only to be held steady by two large hands. Pressed against a broad chest, he felt a deep voice croon above him. As if thorough a blanket, the voice hushed his hazy attempts at saying anything. Warmth seemed to envelop him, and his thoughts faded to an indiscernible trickle.
OR: Yue Qingyuan decides that Shen Jiu can no longer be trusted to control himself. So, he rips all the control away from Shen Qingqiu and makes him submit in the worst way possible.

In which a modern-girl falls into the Marvel Universe and is shifted into a cat. Bumps into Tony Stark and decided to follow him home because he's a magnet for trouble and she had a bleeding heart and a low-key-hero-worship-hard-on for Iron Man.
Some mythological/magical bullshit happens later, but Marvel was already full of that before she got there, totally not her fault.
