Thomas does not know Micro. In a way, Thomas does not particularly care for Micro.
Except that Fluixon and Saparata decide to get into a fight that results in them drifting apart. Now, Thomas is tasked with gathering information about the white-haired boy by infiltrating the Canadian Cartel.
The Canadian Cartel, the group Micro hangs around. It doesn't help the fact that Thomas and Micro are seated next to each other that semester.
AKA, Thomas learns more than he thought he would, and maybe, he learns how to love on the way, too. It's too bad that he has to go through the process of getting approval if he even wants to stand a chance with Micro in the first place.

There were very few things Jason hadn't seen, done, or experienced at some point in his life. He'd been a victim and a villain, a hero and a mindless weapon. He killed and had been killed, only to claw his way from the grave. He witnessed gods bleed and children topple empires.
Therefore, when Jason woke up disoriented and alone on an Earth without Gotham or the Justice League, where demons like him had never existed or been driven extinct long ago, he wasn't surprised. Stressed maybe, and beyond pissed, but the idea of a multiverse was old hat to him. He just had to maintain his accidental cover as an alien, keep SHIELD out of his business, fend off well-meaning but insufferably nosy Avengers, dodge amateur kidnapping attempts, and hunt down what or whoever took him from his home. Y'know. Simple things.
Meanwhile in Gotham, the Bats prepare for war.

Most people respect Queen Cynikka as someone to fear, Dread Queen, they say, or as her other titles. A name that has the weight of fire and brimstone. Monarch of Infernus, respected as a sovreign, respected in the way leaders always are. Priestess of The Flame, piety manifest within her as Harvest's own piety within himself. They both make offerings to The Volcano, they both revere it and its blessings, they both trust its providence like one trusts a pelvis to carry a body's entrails.
These reasons are part of, but not all, why Harvest respects her. Harvest looks upon this woman and sees The Volcano itself. Her beauty, her grace, her generosity. The idea of a solid rock to lean to, the foundation of house and home for many, the fertile land where sustenance rises as how smoke rises from the flames. Harvest wonders why he is her choice. Why he is to sire the dynasty upon this summit, when he is of humble origin. He does not know if this was a mortal choice or an Infernal one, if there are machinations behind it. Perhaps...
...
...Harvest perishes the thought that arrived in his brain like a scythe to crop. There is no benefit in ideating wheat among the grass.

And as quick and silent as the words came, so they went. Heard only by the ears of someone who should've been long dead.
Or, Saparata goes back to the beginning, and gets his second chance.
