Summary

Summary
Hagrid has always looked at little boys and girls, but only looked! There was nothing wrong with looking! It wasn't like he was going to do anything. Only imagine doing things. Only imagine how he could get away with doing things. And he might know places darker than Knockturn Alley where a man can buy a muggle boy or girl, but he had never used those places.
He had never used those places because he was recognizable and too big to hide with no ability to use spells or brew potions that could hide him.
Hagrid only ever looked until he was finally sent out to fetch an eleven year old boy that was hated by his own family, and he finally saw someone that would never be missed. Someone who was desperate enough to make any vows needed to get away from his terrible family. Someone he could have absolute ownership over.
