"Oi!" The door swings open again, Zoro's stupidly broad shoulders muscling into Sanji's kitchen. "Don't go asking the cook when I already told you no!"
Luffy turns on his heel, unbothered by whatever that moment was. "Zoro!" whines Luffy. "If Sanji says yes, can we do it?"
"You said no?" Sanji asks Zoro in surprise. He can count on one hand the times Zoro denied Luffy anything, and still have fingers left over.
"Don't say yes to this," Zoro growls at Sanji.
Sanji has no clue what his captain wants him to agree to. Not at first, anyways.

When the first of these strange people fell from the sky and made a dent in the Moby, Marco was very concerned. He figured they were either a threat against Pops or, more likely, dead from impact.
After the nth time a random stowaway appears, this one is a goddamn skeleton, Marco just sighs and points them in the direction of their new second division commander.
Because for some ungodly reason all they seem to care about is Whitebeard's newest son, Ace.
(Ace is very confused and has never met these people in his life.)
Or: The Strawhats will always only bow to one king, and Whitebeard is not that man. Unfortunately for everyone, that man is nowhere to be found.

Summary
Mihawk shut his book before any more of its pages were dogeared and set it on the table as he took a deep breath, attempting to settle his thoughts. "I don't think I—we—should do this."
Roronoa studied him in silence, and in the flickering candlelight his eyes were almost bronze. Then he glanced away, so brief that Mihawk almost missed it before the gaze returned intent and piercing and with an odd shine to them. There was a leap in his stomach when he realised they were unshed tears.
"Mihawk…" Roronoa said, his voice strained. "Don't make me beg." His reddened mouth trembled a little, still slick with their spit. The man reached up to the table for the wine, fingers curling around the bottle.
After the Straw Hat Pirates' defeat by the Marines, Mihawk finds the lone survivor and takes him back to Kuraigana Island. Roronoa recovers, somewhat. But on the anniversary of his crew's death, he appears in Mihawk's bedroom drunk and close to tears.
No one makes good decisions.
