    “Daddy, I found the milk!”

    The words were accompanied by a tug on his sleeve, and Hizashi startled so badly he dropped the tub of ice cream he was holding.

    He managed to awkwardly catch it between his hip and the freezer door before it hit the ground, and let out a sigh of relief. Then he remembered his priorities, and glanced over to the right, where a young boy with bright green eyes and hair was nervously shuffling his feet, holding out a carton of milk with the hand not attached to Hizashi’s sleeve. He was tiny. Only four years old, perhaps? Five?

    Hizashi looked in confusion from the hand on his sleeve to the milk and back to the boy’s face. “Hey kid, I think you’ve got the wrong—”

    “No, Daddy, we always have this milk!” the boy said quickly, rushing the words before Hizashi could finish. This time, however, his eyes darted nervously over his shoulder, and Hizashi paused. That wasn’t just nervousness in the boy’s eyes – it was fear.

     

    Or: Hizashi saves tiny Izuku in a grocery store, and then proceeds to save him forever.

    Izuku manifests a incredubly strong healing quirk named 'Sympatheic healing'. A Quirk that allows him to heal people as long as he himself is in some sort of pain. Izuku is excited as it will be an amazing hero with this quirk. Inko is terrified.

    Years down the line Hawks is taken to a hidden HPSC facility after being injured and meets a fluffy green bean of a child. Hawks wont let another child be under the HPSC's thumb and vows to get him out of there. Even though he feels way out of his depth the whole time.

    Aizawa is roped into a dangerous rescue mission, on paper it is for one child, but he knows that this is actually a rescue of one child and one young hero. His protective (some might say paternal) instincts might seem excessive to some, but he thinks its only logical. His fiance thinks its cute.

    Tim’s spleen wasn't the only thing he had lost in the desert that night.

    The Widower left him with an injury that had forever altered his life, but Tim had adjusted. He was fine, great even. His only worry was how his family would react when he eventually found Bruce and went back to Gotham.

    But to his surprise (and relief), they never even mentioned it. They carried on as if everything was normal, and that's what Tim had wanted. At least, he thought it was.

    Until an incident in the field reveals a secret Tim didn't even know was a secret, and now he is forced to deal with all the emotional blowback he thought he had avoided.

    Tim loses a leg in the desert. He really thought his family had noticed.
