Summary
“What’s up Taylor?” Eddie says, tilting his head slightly and throwing back his tequila shot.
“Thought it was my duty as Poison Ivy to come over here and wreak a little havoc with Superman and Batman,” Taylor says, leaning into Buck’s side and stroking her painted nails down his jawline.
“What kind of havoc did you have in mind?” Buck asks.
“A kiss from me is said to be poisonous. Pleasure and pain all at once. Don’t you want to find out?”
OR
Buck and Eddie dress up as Superman and Batman for their first Halloween as a couple and run into Poison Ivy, aka Taylor Kelly, at the bar. She’s more than happy to accept when they invite her to come home with them to the Fortress of Solitude.

Summary
“Cap, you don’t have to…” Hen starts, but Bobby is quick to interrupt her.
“I want to. Athena wants to. You’ve all become a family to us, and there’s nobody I would rather spend my vacation with."
“Cap, wait, you never said where we’re going,” Buck points out, and four heads nod in agreement.
“You’ll just have to show up to LAX on Saturday morning and find out,” Bobby says with a grin before shutting the door behind him and leaving his team to sit in silence.
OR
Bobby and Athena take the 118 & co on a surprise vacation. Relationships blossom, friendships grow, and everyone enjoys some well-earned R&R.

Summary
“You two are going to get a lot closer than that tonight,” she says, hands threading through their hair. She turns them to face each other like they’re her dolls, bending to her every whim. “I think you should kiss now.”
Buck, who hasn’t said a word since Eddie joined them, looks up at her like she’s speaking another language.
“Only if you want to…” Buck says earnestly, turning to meet Eddie’s gaze. Taylor rolls her eyes and groans.
“For fuck’s sake, just kiss each other already,” she says, and for some reason, Eddie listens without a second thought.
OR
Buck, Eddie, and Taylor end up drunk at Buck's loft. Eddie's just trying to get some sleep on the couch, but the noises from upstairs are distracting, to say the least. Things escalate when Taylor invites him to join.

Summary
“I’m not sure you’d call what we were doing dating,” Buck says with a smirk, and the implication makes something in Eddie’s chest flutter. “He was really cool though, but he’s only in town a few more days for this project so I don’t think we’ll meet up again.”
“No? Am I finally getting to meet Buck 1.0?” Eddie ribs him.
“Nah, that was…extreme back then. This feels healthier. Like I’m just enjoying my time, getting to know people. Maybe you should try it - have you thought about getting back out there?”
***
Buck starts dating, ie hooking up, and Eddie has feelings about it. Then Buck accidentally/on-purpose volunteers Eddie for a double date and Eddie has a lot more feelings.

Summary
"Eddie, you don’t want this,” Buck says, pulling away from the kiss. “Because you’re…you’re not…” his voice cracks a little and Eddie meets his searching gaze. “Right?” His voice is breathy and small and maybe a little hopeful and Eddie’s brain is still barely functioning.
They’d just been fighting, practically yelling at each other, minutes ago and now Buck is asking him a question that he doesn’t have an answer to. Eddie doesn’t know how to say ‘I didn’t mean to kiss you, but now it’s the only thing I want to do for the rest of my life.’ That would be insane. Instead he holds Buck’s gaze and says,
“I don’t know.”
OR
Instead of fighting in the kitchen about Bobby's death in 8x17, Eddie gets distracted by Buck's lips and a kiss leads to something more.

Summary
The thing is: Eddie hasn’t had to think about dating at all - not until his mother called to remind him how thirty-something-and-single he is right before Christmas. It hasn’t crossed his mind much, it hasn’t interested him whatsoever. He’s having too much fun hanging out with Buck all the time.
So no, he hasn’t considered dating men. Not really. He gets the idea and then he runs from it. Somehow, he always manages to run straight into Buck. The irony is not lost on him.

Summary
“Sorry, uh, I’m not doing this right,” she says.
“Doing what right?” Eddie asks.
“Actually, sorry, one sec, this is bugging me,” she says before flicking her wrist in the direction of the star. It shifts where it sits atop the tree, untouched, straightening ever so slightly.
“Much better,” she says, turning back to Eddie with a smile.
“H-how did you do that?” Eddie asks.
“I’m your ghost of Christmas past,” she explains, as if it’s the simplest thing on earth. In Eddie’s—albeit, sleep deprived—mind, it certainly is not.
“My…huh?”
OR
On the night before Christmas, Eddie is visited by three (or four) ghosts who show him what it means to let go, to be loved, and to love someone back.
