Summary
Captains Marko Ramius and Bart Mancuso discover early on that they work well together. They also understand there might be more to it. The question is: with their baggage, the CIA *and* the US Navy breathing on their necks, and a deadly submarine they don't completely trust even in the hands of the good guys, where do they go from here?
On one side: an aggressive, maverick, fascinating ex-Soviet who will do everything to reach his goal, but might be stuck between his past and a new love. On the other: that hard-to-resist American commander who needs to weigh everything in the offer, and has so much to lose. Also starring: well-meaning, sheltered, romantic-at-heart Jack Ryan, Jonesy, his sonar and his Welcome to America playlist, a lame goose named Gertrude, letters written in a sub, Admiral Jim Greer inadvertently turning into a CIA priest, more than one ex-wife, and asides about ping-pong.
There's one fairly graphic sex scene but the most explicit parts can be skipped if needed.

From the moment Silver pointed a pistol at Flint's head to James and Thomas's escape from the plantation, there was no renouncement.
A take at what happens after the end because I love these two (and assorted characters) too much. Posted as a WIP because what I already wrote amounts to [edit] over 110K [re-edit] omg over 180K I think? and I can't sit on it anymore. If you're finding this back after the (second) long hiatus, chapters 4 and 5 aren't new anymore but there's a brand new chapter 6, and now even a chapter 7 where they're getting very very wet and someone (else) falls in love.

Summary
What's left of the Resistance has left Crait and the Falcon Millenium is creeping through backward routes. Meanwhile, Leia Organa has many torches to pass down, one to take up, and one to extinguish forever.
Multichapter, one POV per chapter.
First chapter up is Poe, if you know me you know why.
Rey is now up! Still looking for teachers, but maybe she doesn't need them that much.
Finn being uploaded! Got carried away with him and since the chapter was twice the size of the previous ones I split it in two. Garments are being passed around, the plot doesn't thicken but at least there's some action, and Finn learns about the many kinds of love.Next: Leia and Kylo Ren, in that order. And a last chapter for the one that remains, you can have a guess at who it will be if you feel like it.

Summary
Poe is convinced, as we all are, that Finn is remarkable enough to become a great leader. But how does one transition from a heroic, kind but somewhat clueless ex-Stormtrooper to someone with enough insight and power to change the fate of the Republic, and maybe of the Galaxy?
For Finn it begins with an offer to become a propaganda poster boy alongside Poe. But the PR team that’s orchestrating it might have ulterior motives, opening a chasm between Poe and Finn that they might not be able to bridge. Add to the mix a Republic that begins to fear outsiders and barricades itself in, closing the door not only to the First Order but to any refugees that might need in, Heads of State that might not be quite what everyone hoped, defecting Stormtroopers, Knights of Ren, and various alien species and you get a situation that might end with the defeat of the Light side, or maybe with a revolution.
The story is finished and clocks at something likeaaaand... complete!111Kcurrently 114K after edits. I should manage to update everyday barring any connexion troubles. -

Summary
A last-minute glitch in an otherwise smooth mission leads an amnesiac, wounded Poe to be sold as a slave. He's lucky that he's still so valuable as a pilot, but maybe not so lucky that he's still so handsome.
Meanwhile, the system he's ended in might turn out to be more than it looks, and Finn and the whole of the Resistance might jeopardise everything to keep on looking for him.Or : what happens when I read slavefics on AO3 and decide to write my own as a mean to escape writer's block (over 70,000 words, that's what happens, argh). NOT A NICE STORY, read the tags. But also a lot of plot, can't help it. Why else would I add Galaxy geopolitics, starship aerobatics, alien biology and ethnography, Force trees and the balance of the Force to what is basically a dark fantasy of the hurt/comfort type?
The story is finished, I should manage daily updates.

Poe Dameron is a genuinely nice, caring and open guy. But that's a great dating strategy and an excellent cover when he feels like he's breaking.
They've only known each other for two days, so how could they even begin to understand?And now that the first two days are past, it looks like we're in for the long haul, people. Well, buckle your seat and hold my hand while I try not to let you down with the plot.
... Because, of course, now that that monster is over 60,000 words long, there's more. Beginning to understand each other doesn't mean they don't make mistakes, and that others around them understand. The Resistance base might not be such a welcoming place any more, not for Finn, and not even for Poe...
