Mayday's memory hasn't left him, and he wants to have the man who made such an impression on him be immortalized on his skin.

OR: Senju Butsuma giving his failure of a second son up for politics and the Uchiha having better morals than their sworn enemies. Tobirama has never been so scared in his life but then again, he could have figured it out that even in such terrible moments an Uchiha will be able to bamboozle the heck out of him.
