Maki looks at Kaito for the longest moment, then complies, tossing the shorter man precariously. Kokichi lands on his side, hitting his head on the ground. He did not move.
She stood there, focusing back to the terrified group, a grimace on her face. Shuichi, gathering the courage to speak, cleared his throat.
"...Maki? Is he right? Are you an...assassin?"
She glared at him, then turned her back to walk away.
