Hwang In-ho, his company’s golden boy- the man known for never making a mistake, and never willingly socializing when he can help it.
So, when his boss forces him to attend the week long “team building retreat” to Geoje island- he’s convinced it’ll be hell on earth.
Things take a turn when he’s thrown (literally) into the water and meets Gi-hun. The totally gorgeous tour guide.
Quickly, In-ho realizes this trip might not actually be the waste of time he thought it’d be.

Seong Gi-hun, a depressed but compassionate mechanic, meets Hwang In-ho on top of the bridge. Neither of them are there to jump, but they are both there. Their experiences with grief and humanity are different, but being seen and understood is too miraculous and too rare for either of them to pass up.

Summary
In-ho’s fingers had felt so hot on his chin.
Gi-hun puts his fingers there. It’s not sensitive, it’s maybe less sensitive than the rest of him—he can’t feel anything on the surface of the scar.
He huffs, and stares down into the sink.
He hasn’t felt like this in a long time. He barely even recognises the heat that is making the hair on his arms tingle, that is sending shivers across his stomach and down his thighs.
He’s turned on.
He stares accusingly at the bathroom door. Hwang In-ho turned him on, and then left.
