Summary
Wilbur's vision blinks in and out of focus, a loud fuzzy feeling thick and sluggish pounding in his head and ears ringing with a high pitched whine.
He can't move, can't seem to move any of his limbs.Wilbur blinks slowly, staring up at the bloody orange sky blankly, watching his father Phil fly down towards him.
He sees his face streaming with tears, mouth wide in an agonised scream Wilbur just can't hear as the blond man crashes down just out of his view, before scrambling over to the brunet.It all rushes in at once, and suddenly Wilbur starts screaming as excruciating pain rips through him like a dull sword all through his form.
This is the story of how Wilbur became Phantombur.
Be warned, this is angsty, but I hope you enjoy it nonetheless.

The president watches with amusement as he carefully places the tray down onto the desk, before jumping back and saluting, looking at Wilbur excitedly.

The figure… It's Robert. It has to be.
Waterboy tries to step back, but he stumbles on the wet floor, thudding into the shipping container beside him. Robert goes still.
His head jerks up, eyes rolling wildly to make contact. Bloodshot. He's crouched on the floor of the warehouse like an animal, low and cornered. Blood is splattered over his face, and as he lifts his head, Waterboy can tell it's streaked down his chin like he must have sunk his teeth into something and held on. When he bares his teeth, they've been licked clean.
He shakily, slowly, like the movement’s might provoke an attack, fumbles for his radio. “Guys? Uh- found- I. I Robert found- no, that's not. I found- uhm.”

At that, Jimmy snapped at him. “Dude! Really??”
“I’m joking, I’m joking!” Joel laughed, him and everyone else still completely unaware of just how pale Scott was suddenly looking.
“Wow Scott.” Joey purred. “No wonder men are always so attracted to you. It all makes sense now, right?”
Jimmy finally locked eyes with Scott, a look of deep uncertainty settling behind them.
“Yeah.” Scott muttered. “Makes sense I guess…”
Jimmy swallowed down a lump in his throat.
