Summary
In many universes, there are infinite possibilities; anything can happen. Robert was no exception to this universal rule.
When Shroud killed Robert's father, he destroyed everything that symbolised the Mecha Men. The suit was gone, obliterated before Robert could take on the mantle, leaving him without anything to help restore it. As a result, Robert was left with no inheritance and only one goal: to exact revenge on Shroud. He must now rely on his body and mind to create something new, hoping to recreate Mecha Man and become the hero he was meant to be. Like a phoenix, he will rise from the ashes, bearing all his pain and scars to be reborn.
(This idea I got from the Batman Absolute Comics, and have been waiting for all episodes to come out before writing this. Robert has an exo-suit. A watered-down version of the Mecha-Man suit. I hope that makes it interesting, as it's a somewhat dark story. But I'm glad to get it out of my head. )

Summary
All of his emotions came crashing at once— Shroud, laying on the ground begging him to stop. Shroud, the one who put a bullet through his father. Shroud, the one who made his only other relative into a critical state because heroism was etched deep in his veins. Shroud, who made him go through his final straw.
His hands, bruised and bloodied from his own, held a shard of glass. He wasn't sure where he got it. He doesn't remember anything except for one goal; Kill Shroud. He raised the glass— then he stabbed.
He stabbed, and stabbed, and stabbed. He paid no mind to the hands grasping at his face as what little fight they gave, no mind to the blood splattering his only work clothes and the roof below both of them, no mind to his team or his dog—
And he smiled.
AKA
what if robert murdered shroud in a worser (is that a word?) way and turned to villainy at the ending?

Things happen quickly sometimes. One minute, you're waking up regretting a one night stand, the next minute, you're in the NICU staring down your future. Robert and Waterboy try to figure out their relationship, parenthood, and maybe fall in love along the way. It's messy, but worth it in the end.

Summary
B.Y.H.B, ‘Be Your Heroic Best’ had been explained to Robert, by Blazer of course, as a convention led by retired heroes, and heroes in their prime, with the sole purpose of teaching what they’ve learned in the field to better educate the upcoming, heroic youth. It was a two day event, Saturday and Sunday, and the SDN was willing to pay, round trip, for someone from the Phoenix Program to attend — with a chaperone of course.
When Robert had volunteered to do so with a member of the Z-Team, he hadn’t really thought the entire process through. Or, at least, he hadn’t thought far enough ahead to consider the reality he was currently experiencing: a reality in which he shared a weekend with a raging fireball who vividly hated his guts.Or:
Robert and Flambae go on a trip out of town and sexy things ensue.

Summary
Invisigal proved herself. Robert didn’t break. Mandy stayed.
Somewhere in the slow, messy aftermath, Mandy starts realizing her feelings aren’t as simple as she thought - especially when she keeps catching herself wanting both of them just as much as they want each other.
But healing isn’t linear, the team has their own disasters to sort through, and Mandy is trying very hard to be normal about all of it.
And unfortunately, the Z-Team is a group of loud, observant assholes.Post-Episode 8 plot involving MandyXRobertXVisi
Let all three of them get together, damn it.

Summary
Slowly, Robert stands up. He’s shivering. He looks sick. His eyes are glassy, and Invisigal blinks. He hadn’t looked like that just a few moments ago. What the hell is he coming down with that it’s hitting him so hard and fast? . The door to his cell is unlocked. He doesn’t fight when he is roughly grabbed and shoved into the hallway. Robert looks over at Invisigal.
“Please,” he mumbles. He’s hunching forward, like he’s going to start trying to crawl out of his own skin. A million alarms are going off in Invisigal’s head, but there’s nothing she can do about them, “Whatever happens, stay in the cells.”

Robert has been keeping a secret for over a decade now, only for a late night kidnapping to bring it out into the (moon)light.

Summary
Robert had been drowning his omega in suppressants and scent patches for years to keep his secondary gender silent, just like his father did before him, but after his coma, his doctor banned him from using those, and ordered him to let his omega breathe again, but between dealing with chronic pain, his omega's return, and losing the Mecha Man suit to his dad's ambush, Robert is finding it hard.
But between his team and Flambae, things might just work work for the best.
And if it doesn't, Robert always has Beef and Twinkies to count on, neither of them have ever let him down before.

Also know as "The 5 Times Robert Showed his Team How Much of a Normie He Wasn’t and the 1 Time They were Reminded Brutally How Normie He Was".
Robert Robertson the Third doesn't have the same pain tolerance most humans do. The Z-Team isn't used to it.

Summary
Robert is Mecha Man.
And Mecha Man isn't a dispatcher, he's a hero. The SDN at the center of Torrance needs Mecha Man, which means he has to leave the Z-team behind.
Robert doesn't have the right to live for himself anyway, the dispatcher activity was just until his Mecha was repaired, right? -

Summary
Chad woke up sweaty and flustered. He just had a dream about Robert. A wet dream. While he tried to fathom how that could have happened, he realised he soon had to face Robert at work. Though first he had to get rid of his hardness. That was Robert’s fault.
Or
If Invisigal's wet dream was Flambae's wet dream (everyone crushes on Robert). -

Summary
The family legacy was to die in that suit. His legacy was to live, knowing death would follow him out of the crevices of those metal corners and into the lives of those around him. Those foolish enough to interact, to reach out, to care.
His suit, blue and overbearing, his pride, his second home, his life. He had lied through his teeth, saying his father would be proud. Proud? How can a man who’d never so much as offered him a word of comfort in a world of hurt ever be anything but proud? He’d be more proud of that stupid suit than his own son, who’s doing his damned best holding onto a legacy—a legacy that follows his shadow like bloody footsteps because the start of that blood-ridden trail is his father’s body, his grandfather’s body, alone and lifeless and limp.
In his mind’s eye, he can still see his father’s corpse.
A hand comes up to grip his mouth as a wave of nausea he barely manages to swallow back hits him like a freight train.
“Robert!”
In which Robert reflects on the death of Shroud, the events leading up to it, and the future. He falls, but his loved ones are there to catch him.

Summary
Waking up with a headache was nothing new to Robert, but he hasn’t grown up to be a fan of it yet. Stretching in his plastic chair and pressing his knuckles against the area between his eyebrows eases the pain, soothing it from a sharp one to a dull, more in the background one, giving Robert a chance to stand up and feel the blood flow try it best to keep him from swaying.
The bathroom lights blind Robert for a brief second when he turns them on, regretting his choice to do so when he is greeted by his reflection in the mirror.
If Robert has issues that go above what he can, or wants to, work through by himself, will they take him down or will someone finally snap him out of it?

Summary
Robert Robertson knows better than to get involved with heroes.
As a dispatcher — and the man behind Mecha Man — distance, control, and professionalism keep him alive.
Flambae is everything that makes that difficult.
Loud. Volatile. Fire-powered.
And far too close. One night out, one drink too many, and a series of unwanted proximities blur lines Robert has spent years maintaining. What starts as irritation, obligation, and liability management slowly becomes something harder to ignore.
This was never supposed to be personal.
That’s the problem. -

Summary
"Just one hint," Malevola pleaded. Prism leaned against her chair, eyeing Robert expectantly.
Robert stared at them briefly, deliberating over his response. He settled on honesty. They wouldn't believe him, and they wouldn't be able to link it to his identity as Mecha Man anyway.
"Sure. I can't die."
Prism sighed in frustration. "Oh come on! Don't be like that."
