Summary
Cass’ nose is almost poking Dean’s eye out but his face is the picture of concentration as he pinches Dean’s nose between his thumb and fore-finger, his other hand covering Dean’s mouth completely.
“Okay. What the hell?” he announces.
The thumb war is explainable, the twister was actually nice and though the dancing was strange, it has nothing on this.
“You two having a staring contest?” Sam wonders.
“No Sam.” Cass explains, picking up the stop watch. “Dean said he could hold his breath for two minutes. I didn’t believe him.”
“Ha-ha! Sucker!” Dean wheezes as the watch beeps.
“Though,” Cass rubs his chin in consideration, “A staring contest is a very good idea Dean.”
Then they both sit pull up a chair and sit, bending forward to rest their elbows on their knees in a way that pushes their faces even closer.
“Let’s begin.” Cass announces.
Dean nods once, then they stare.
By now Sam should be used to it. But as bad as they may be, they’ve never stared at each other for over two minutes before.
…
Sam is flabbergasted.
Cass is engineering these… games, in order to get closer to Dean. Physically closer.
And Sam wants to know why.

Summary
Sam knew. Honesty, it was impossible not to know. Dean and Cas were always brushing shoulders and sharing sickeningly sweet smiles. There was also so much eye-fucking. God, it was disgusting how in love they were. At first, Sam wondered when they were going to figure it out for themselves, but now he just wondered if they would figure it out at all. It had been years. God, Dean was so stupid sometimes. A "Profound bond," could you be anymore obvious than that? Dean was either super oblivious or just an idiot. Probably both. Definitely both.
What Sam didn't know, however, was that Dean and Cas were already aware of their feelings for one another and in a relationship. They were just trying to figure out how to tell him. Apparently, a terrible injury on a hunt is what would ultimately reveal their relationship to Sam, just not in the way any of them would have wanted.

Summary
Really, Sam wasn't even supposed to be in this small-as-fuck town in the middle of nowhere, he was just unfortunate enough to be driving when a major snowstorm was due to hit. It was sheer dumb luck he even walked into the café.
It was as he was ordering that he caught an achingly familiar and omega scent: apples, baked dough, vanilla, with just a hint of cinnamon, and he looked from the menu to the barista, eyes processing brown-blonde hair, freckled skin, and green eyes. Sam stared in surprise, and the barista looked equally shocked.
"Dean?" Sam gasped.
Sam hasn't seen his brother in thirteen years and hasn't heard from him in ten. All of his efforts to locate Dean have been in vain, but it seems that fate favors Sam, because Sam has just found his brother. Sam is wildly unprepared to discover what Dean's life has become.
To put it mildly... it's not at all what he expects.

Summary
Castiel, a witch with more power than he'd like, has long since given up on finding his familiar. Resigned to living out the rest of his days unbonded and magically handicapped, Castiel moves to the middle of nowhere.
He most certainly wasn't expecting to find an injured familiar in his garden.

Summary
Castiel slammed himself aggressively against the bars of his cell, his wings splayed out wide.
"You will regret this!" He spat, glaring darkly at the demon guards who watched him with disgustingly amused and smug looks.
"Pretty angel, all bark and no bite." One sneered. "You'll give up that nasty attitude soon enough." They chuckled to themselves and stalked away, and Castiel heard a door closing heavily. He sighed and paced his cell.
"You're only making it worse." A masculine voice rose from Castiel's left, pausing him in his tracks. He glanced over to the adjacent cell and in the dim torchlight he could just make out the silhouette of another angel.
"What would you know?" Castiel growled.
The figure let out a bitter laugh. "Buddy, I've been here a long time. I know plenty."
There was a pause.
"I'm Dean, by the way, your new cell mate."
Castiel, an alpha captain of the angel army, is ambushed and captured by demons during a patrol. He slowly gets to know the omega angel kept beside him, even falling in love with Dean. But the demons are growing more violent and cruel, and as much as Castiel loves Dean, he fears he won't be able to save him. Time is running out.
