Kaladin must now learn to grapple with his new role in Urithiru, wanting to be left alone in his misery, while also grappling with his newfound feelings for Adolin, who proposes a unique relationship between him, Shallan, and Kaladin. All they want is for Kaladin to be happy. And they can all be happy, together.
