“You’re quite on time Mr. Eriksson. We’re still waiting for the other parent to arrive,” the headmistress says.
Simon turns his attention to the other kid in the room. She has long golden-brown hair and something about the girl’s eyes are familiar, honey brown, though he’s sure he has never met her before.
There's a knock on the door and a security officer surveys the room before the last person Simon ever expected to see walks in and crouches down beside the other girl, cupping her face and asking if she’s okay
Alba turns around in her chair to look at him. “I’m so sorry Dad. I didn’t mean for this to happen.”
Simon’s eyes are stuck in a vortex of flickering to the man that just walked in and then to the girl he’s comforting and then to his own daughter. He has a very bad feeling about this.
“Ah, Crown Prince Wilhelm, thank you for being here, Sir.” Ms. Perky greets the royal.
Wilhelm gets up and moves to stand behind the girl. Simon’s eyes meet Wille’s and suddenly he doesn’t remember how to breathe.
“This is Alba’s father, Mr. Erik-”
“Simon?”

It’s hardly the Montagues and the Capulets.”The one where they’re rival book critics (it’s definitely a thing) who argue (read: flirt) about soapy romance novels and pretentious literary fiction.

“Yeah, and he asked me about it just before you arrived,” Wille answers. “He tried to give me the talk,” he adds, burying his head deeper in the pillow Simon and him now share. He hears Simon snicker next to him, but he doesn’t want to move from his hiding place to glare at him for daring to make fun of him at such a time.
Or, when Erik finds something in their shared bathroom, Wille is faced with a lot of questions from his brother about his secret mystery boyfriend – while said boyfriend is in the room with them.

He’s accompanied by three bodyguards, for his protection. His relative-anonymity in Manhattan causes Wilhelm frustration with the constant surveillance, resulting in frequent ninja-style escapes. Enter a new bodyguard, unlike the others.
