Summary
D-16 is a strict, rule-abiding bot, where the only exception is when his best friend, Orion pax, gets him into trouble. But tonight, following his friend to a party where he shouldn't be, he learns that perhaps breaking the rules from time to time can lead to emotions and situations he has never experienced before.
F-426 is a bot dedicated to her work, to following her rules, but she finds a way to let her emotions run free, which in the end will guide her to her final destination. Only she doesn't know that yet.

He knows he’s killed Orion Pax. He shot him and dropped him down the darkness below their pedes. He watched his best friend get engulfed by Cybertron and had reconciled with that choice in the few seconds their optics had locked together for one last time.
So quickly it had gone undone. Faced with this thing, this version of Orion Pax that was all-together his closest friend and a stranger he’d never seen before.
