They arranged themselves in the bathtub on a crackling layer of newspaper. Logan set out the guards for the clippers in size order, precariously, on the side of the bath, and used two hands to tip Kurt’s head forward to start at her nape.
The newspaper by Kurt’s knee had half a sudoku filled out on it, with two nines in one row and a frustrated scribble.
“I’m not, actually,” Logan said; Kurt’s ear flicked, because she was speaking very quietly against the buzz of the clippers, and Logan’s mouth flickered into something like a smile before falling back to serious focus. “A lesbian.”
