"It's early, obviously," Hyacine said, her brows furrowed. "But the signs are all there. Somehow. To know for certain, we'd have to check again later."
"I'm not pregnant!" Mydei shrieked, his voice oddly high-pitched. Around the clinic, other patients turned to look at him.
Mydei took a long, deep breath. Then, stiffly, he repeated himself. "I am not pregnant."
Or, approximately four months after Amphoreus welcomes the new dawn, Mydei wakes up with an odd golden mark burned directly into his abdomen, identical to the symbol of Worldbearing.
Naturally, he does not, in fact, ask Phainon about this phenomenon. Instead, he discusses with the Trailblazer, obtains terrible advice, and goes on the worst railroad trip of his life.

But underneath, many lands down under. Nations and their hubris, all buried under sulfur.
The Seven come to Earth, monsters roar, nations shake, the people tremble.
Much shall happen, in a world without the Heavenly Principles.
