He jumped up so fast, He could see it kinda startled his fam-... team mates.
“Hi…” is the only thing he can get out of his mouth. He felt everyone in the station's eyes on him.
“What are you guys doing in L.A?” He muttered out.
“We needed to talk to you” His mother says, interrupting him.
“....okay?” He looked over at Bobby who he saw in real time, eyes getting angry.
“Buckley, No disrespect in my station.” Bobby said with a firm, angry, very angry voice.
OR
Post-lawsuit. Everyone is ignoring Buck at the station. his parents come around the station. Past traumas get brought back up to the surface.

(Ps I mainly chose lawsuit era so that the kids could be closer in age 🤷🏻 if you don't like lawsuit era fics I swear that it's not super relevant past a certain point in the fic. It's very buddie heavy and cute and silly for the most part)
