Rozanov cocked his head. “You speak Russian? Or just the curse words?”
“Yes, I speak Russian,” he snapped, defensive and angry. He knew that it had been a mistake to even try to be friendly with Rozanov. “Why? Do I not look Russian to you?” He scoffed.
“No, not really,” Rozanov said. Some of his teammates laughed, although they mostly looked surprised that Shane was speaking to them at all. Rozanov didn’t laugh, though. “Are you Russian?”
“Go fuck yourself.”

Despite an inauspicious start, when Russia’s Ilya Rozanov learns that Canada’s Shane Hollander is fluent in Russian at their first World Junior Championships tournament, it changes everything and sets them on a different course. Instead of being branded as rivals from the very beginning, Ilya and Shane start off as friends.

Summary

Summary
Bang Chan is synonymous with JYP, and so much of his self is tied to a Company that made his dreams come true, and gave him the chance to find his second family. But years after the disbandment of Stray Kids, Chan no longer has a passion for creating music within these walls. The Company continues to jerk him around, making him train and grow attached to trainees before saddling them with debt and not debuting them. It's not the Company that Chan grew up in, would go to war for, became the face of. But he can't leave. He's too scared.
Then... an email from MNET arrives, for an anniversary special for Leaders of all generations of KPOP. It brings back memories of a time long past, with his first love and a man who was brave enough to leave his company, Kim Hongjoong.
Chan accepts the invitation with the hope he'll see Hongjoong again and maybe... rekindle his passion and sense of self.
