“hi, i’m jeongguk from the other day? your new neighbour?” and jeongguk is looking at him with something like insecurity flickering in his eyes, like there’s a possibility yoongi would forget someone like jeongguk—yoongi almost wants to laugh.
“uh—yeah, hi. how have you been?” he mumbles, rubbing the back of his neck. yoongi hopes he doesn’t sound as ridiculous as he thinks he does.
“good! i—um, made some food and just thought it would nice to bring you some. i hope it’s not weird or anything.” he sticks out his arms and holds the bowl in front of yoongi, silently asking him to take it and yoongi does, sparing a glance at jeongguk’s face only to see that he’s blushing, cheeks painted a pretty pink. yoongi’s stomach flips—jeongguk looks as nervous as yoongi feels, and that somehow scares him as much as it excites him.
(alternatively: yoongi is a single father and falls for the cute new neighbour who moves into the apartment above.)

Jimin chews on his lower lip for a moment, clearly conflicted. Eventually, he meets the elder's eyes with a decisive look. "You won't get the wrong idea, will you?" He asks quietly, far gentler than he has any right to be for someone who isn't kicking Yoongi out of his room. "I belong to The Ophel Lounge, and I'm not in the business of mending broken hearts."
(Yoongi has to admit that he has a very bad feeling about this.)
"Doll, I'm fucking off in a few months," he hedges instead, brushing his lips against the bridge of Jimin's nose. The dancer sighs, tension bleeding from his body as he sags against Yoongi with sleepy relief. "Forget you; it's me who can't afford to get the wrong idea."

He can still feel Kirishima’s gaze on him when he finishes eating, so he shoots him a sideways glare and says, “Stop being fucking coy.”
“Huh?” Kirishima asks, blinking and looking away like that’d convince Bakugou he hadn’t just been staring.
“Man up,” Bakugou hisses at him. “If there’s something you want, then fucking say it.”
Kirishima goes quiet, again, and Bakugou can practically hear the gears turning in his head. If he keeps this up, he’s going to burn out whatever brain he still has. Just as Bakugou’s about to scoff and tell him so, Kirishima leans in so that their faces are too close together.
“What,” Bakugou says, every one of his muscles locking up as he fights conflicting urges to lean closer and edge away from Kirishima’s proximity.
“You stopped me, last time,” Kirishima tells him, lips curled into a pout. “Are you going to let me say it, now?”
Kirishima has always made things easy for Bakugou. But that doesn't mean that Bakugou's gotten any better at these things, even after all of these years.
