You would think with the teachers being pro-heroes, they would notice these things, especially when they work with Aizawa and Mic on a daily basis, but they don't. The only one to notice other than Nedzu was Midoriya Izuku, and no one can understand why no one else can see that the two heroes are married.

“K… cch…”, Deku tried again, chest spasming. The hand clinging on tightly to Katsuki’s forearm became lax and rolled to the side uselessly as he grew weaker.
Katsuki’s brain was overcome by a whirlpool of feelings, thoughts, and sensorial input. There were people yelling, people shouting, people trying to touch Deku. He shielded the boy’s body with his own out of pure instinct, trying to think, goddamn it, think. He needed to do something.
Deku was dying.
Deku was fucking dying. Because he ate poison that was aimed at Katsuki.Alternatively: Someone tries to poison Katsuki. Izuku ends up eating the food instead.

Summary
The brighter the light, the darker the shadows. And in a super-powered society, those shadows are dark indeed. But whilst the world desperately trained more and more heroes, making that light brighter and brighter, the prestigious hero school, UA, had another idea. Why not tackle the problem at its source?
And so was born the infamous class 1-A. Would-be criminals from all over the country were selected, and a group of twenty now roam the halls of the school, alongside the heroes of the next generation.
Last year, the entirety of Mr Aizawa’s class A graduated. But this year was different. No, he didn’t believe they would all graduate back into society like the classes before them. He believed they could become something bigger. That was why, with gritted teeth and a manic smile, Eraser Head turned to his new class of students and said:
"You aren't villains - you never were, and you never will be. But you can take that fire inside of you and put it to good use. We're in a hero school, aren't we? Well then...
"Let's be heroes."

Summary
Izuku had never been so terrified in his life.
He just stood there, silent, too fearful to make a sound or even move an inch – and he hoped if he stayed quiet enough, the spirit wouldn’t take his anger out on him. He seemed volatile and ferocious, and getting killed by a Spirit of Power was definitely not something he planned on doing that night. He couldn’t do that to his mother! She would be heartbroken!
The spirit closed his eyes and seemed to take a deep breath to calm himself – Izuku wondered if spirits even needed air –, then glanced at the green haired man once again.
“I want forty years of your life in exchange for the power to defeat the demons,” he said finally.

In which Izuku steals a book, performs a summoning ritual and ends up making a deal with a spirit that changes his life in ways he never expected.

Hakoda wants to find this boy that Sokka’s talking about, and he wants to hug him as tightly as possible. Whoever he is, he made Hakoda’s son happy again, and that makes him the perfect partner in Hakoda’s book.
“It’s coming up on three years since we got together, y’know,” Sokka says suddenly. Hakoda chokes on his own spit.
