Summary
Liana Whitaker was an ordinary young woman who was working as a computer engineer in her home city of London, UK when one day, Cybermen invaded the city and took thousands of people to be converted into one of them. Liana was part of that number, however, before her conversion could be completed, the Cybermen were defeated, leaving her behind in the conversion theatre. She was eventually found and rescued by UNIT, and her remaining injuries treated. Her conversion could not be reversed because 90% of her body was already cybernetic, only leaving her face, most of her head, her neck and the upper portion of her chest organic. On the other hand, her emotional inhibitor remained disabled. That said, she never got connected to the Cybermen’s shared knowledge and neural network. Retaining her humanity and memories, but knowing she couldn’t go back to her ordinary life due to her now being a monster, she started to travel throughout the galaxy on her own until she ran into the Doctor, who took her under his wing as a companion. One day, they sit in a park after a mission and the Doctor starts reminiscing about when he had another Cyberman companion. Liana listens with rapt attention.

Summary
I've been a fan of Doctor Who for a decade and a half now and I've grown frustrated with the current state of the show. From the horrific "Space Babies" to the lack luster writing of the Judy area I know the show can and should do better. So I've decided to write my own fan made series. This series will star an original Doctor not yet seen before, along with two new companions. One new companion of my stories will be poet Emily Dickinson to get the story back to when it had people travel with The Doctor who weren't from the modern day. The other companion will be a new character I made called Millie, a struggling artiest in her 20s who lives at home with her parents with no plans for the future. This series will feature the likes of the Cybermen, Weeping Angels, The Master, and new creations. But I'm getting ahead of my self this is only episode one. However it isn't written yet so when I finish it I will put it up right away. See you then fellow Whovians! Look forward to new stories coming soon.
