Kuroko Tetsuya is trying his best in life, but everything keeps going wrong for him no matter how hard he tries. It is during a total solar eclipse that he finds himself thrown into the past - to the Edo Period in Ancient Japan. There, he finds himself given a second chance to live again, as Naruse Takeshi. However, being from the future makes him the oddest person around, and he gains the attentions of the royals. Many of them remind Tetsuya of his friends from modern 21st century Tokyo...all except for one royal member: Matsuda Junichi, known as the 'Wild Tiger' for his frightening, aggressive nature and estrangement from the other royals.
A story about how loyalty is the foundation of love, that we cannot always get exactly what we want in life, and to cherish the present more than anything else.

It isn’t that Aomine is dumb. He’s not, really, despite what his teammates think of him. He may or may not be less observant than others, but he isn’t dumb. It just takes him longer to see what others do, sometimes.
When it comes to Imayoshi, he doesn’t blame himself for not having seen it sooner. The guy is, for all intents and purposes, his handler, and Aomine can admit that he does a good job. Not being fussy about practice participation puts him in Aomine’s good books, at least.
So really, he isn’t dumb; he just wasn’t looking at the dude all that closely.
OR: Aomine finally starts to be suspicious of Imayoshi, who has a past with a member on Shutoku’s team.
