Maybe it was the yelling, maybe it is how deep the cut is maybe its because he learned things he shouldnt of. He does not know. But what he does know is that he’s running and now he isn’t in the castle. He’s in the woods now and he trips. He looks back and notices the door like structure he tripped on. He pulled it out and it looked like the portal his uncle was making. Just slightly different. He decides to see where it leads.

For once, things almost feel normal.
But Nathan can feel it — something’s changing. And when it does, he won’t be here to see it.Years will pass. The kids will grow up.
Katherine will gray and slow.
But Abaddon won’t.One night, he finds the Relict again — the same one from before. He turns it over in his hands, the glow catching in his eyes.
Maybe, he thinks, this wasn’t just a blip in time. Maybe he could go back.

Nathan decides to give the priest one month to do what he needs to for closure, then he’ll be kicked out of the hotel. An easy solution that doesn’t force Nathan to take sides. Except for one problem.
