Summary
Be quiet, he commanded internally. His thoughts raged like a hurried torrent, and he was trying to block the stream with a dam made of a handful of twigs. It was that overwhelming feeling when there were so many thoughts it felt like static. He knew that it wouldn’t change no matter how hard he knocked himself round the head like an old TV. Usually he’d blast music in his headphones and draw and sketch the day away, but here, sat in his pyjamas on a city rooftop, he could only watch the sun rise higher.
He shifted on the ledge, feeling his backside going numb on the bricks he was perched on, “You’d think the sunrise after an attempted murder would be more exciting or something.” He muttered, blinking his eyes sleepily, then he squinted, “huh, although, by saying that I’ve probably jinxed—“
A loud scream echoed around the streets.
“Damn, I hate plot convenience.”

After the events of Season 4, MK’s left fumbling for control. While his new monkey form worked great against Azure, well… let’s just say that it didn’t want to be bottled back up again. Combine this with more and more frequent appearances of the Mayor — MK’s in for an adventure that he’s not sure he can make it out of.
