The thing is, when Anakin figures it out, is that it all obviously has been there, if he’d only cared to look for it.
And, admittedly, he is angry. Mostly at himself, which isn’t something that happens very often, so it’s an especially harrowing realization.
All these years, he thinks, I’ve been so blind. I was so busy ignoring everything I didn’t want to think about and blaming everyone else for things not under their control that I didn’t stop to look at the bigger picture.
He sighs and leans back in his chair to gaze at the ceiling.
If only, he laments, true remorse coloring his thoughts, I had started watching period holodramas earlier.
OR, how Plo Koon watching and subsequently introducing Ahsoka to Star Wars’ version of Downton Abbey changes Anakin's life path like nothing else could.

Summary
The 'Separatist issue' was no longer an issue since Jango Fett's clones had conquered the Republic and politely but firmly removed the Chancellor from office. That was all the positive Obi-Wan could find in this situation after a year, and even so it would be generous.
Little did the hidden Jedi Master know at the time that he would fall in love with a clone.
Had he known, he would have gone with Anakin to Naboo. Because he could not, the warning was more than enough when backed by Destroyers: one week to leave the Temple and disappear into civilian life or die. Any Jedi caught doing Jedi things would now be killed without trial. What chance did they have against an army? None, so they had protected their young and watched.
Unfortunately, the Death Watch had not left him much choice to reveal himself. What could have been was just a dream, a hope that would probably end with his death, either at the hands of those who wanted to kill Boba and Omega or those who wanted to save them.
May the Light protect them.

Vampires had taken over the world when Will had just become seven years old. They were unnatural fast, strong and healed from most injuries but they were also nearly blind in daylight mostly using their sense of smell to differentiate between human and vampire by their pheromones. Will Graham had managed to keep his freedom so far by utilizing one simple fact: Vampire bodies weren´t very different from human bodies so any human could release vampire pheromones if they only convinced their body that they were a vampire. Seems like that Empathy Disorder might come in handy.
He just wished vampires wouldn´t produce the most pheromones while hunting, visiting a crime scene every other week was most likely not a healthy hobby.- Language:

They get assigned a handler who can control their every move with the help of futuristic cuffs that punish them with electroshocks if they even think about disobeying an order. It is claimed to be a more humane punishment even with rampant abuse of the prisoners being far too common.
Hannibal Lecter has been in the system for over five years after getting caught as the Chesapeake Ripper and either scared off or downright murdered any handler who tried to control him. The department of justice does not want to admit their system doesn’t work so they send him off to the best handler in the country: Will Graham had never gotten a charge he couldn’t mould into his own design and now he was assigned to break Hannibal Lecter.
