Summary
A Vox/Val origin fic.
It's the late 1970s, and VoxTek has been growing steadily ever since Vox landed in hell. Not as fast as Vox would've hoped, though. The company is lacking something, and Vox isn't quite sure what. But he gets a new idea for improvement when he discovers a discarded notepad left after a shareholder meeting...

Summary
Husk spends one of the worst weeks of his life in a stinking apartment with no one but Alastor for company. Alastor, who's just come back from a multi-year disappearance, who's more homicidal than ever, who's tasked with murdering his old friend and acting weirder than ever about it.
Husk knows better than to pry.
Because he doesn't know when to stop caring, he does anyway.

Really, really like how their relationship is protrayed here. Possibly one of the best Alastor's characterisations!!!!

Summary
Alastor was supposed to be gone. Vanished. Disappeared. Good riddance too, because Vox was pretty sure if he didn't off himself then Vox was going to do it for him.
So why is news of his new podcast in Vox's notifications?
(Or, how Alastor disappears for 7 years after breaking Vox's heart, becomes a globetrotting totally-not-assassin, and reappears pretending nothing's happened at all. Vox reacts appropriately.)

Summary
“You’ve been like this for a long time.”
Husk paused. The gun was already pointed at his temple. His claw was on the trigger, barely nudging it.
If the sinner was smiling, it was hard to tell. The lighting around them got worse. The demon’s face was half in shadow.
“The fuck you care.” Husk smiled so hard, his teeth hurt. “I’ve always been like this.”
It's been seven years since his soul owner left. But Husk can't seem to escape his past, no matter what.
