The United States of America and the United Kingdom sat down and devised a plan to handle threats both known or unknown. Taskforce Psi was created to handle operations of all kinds including the magical, the supernatural, and plain old run-of-the-mill terrorist. They got deployed all over the world to wherever they were needed.
