It was an irrefutable fact. He was sure that Penny would never speak with him if he was no longer intelligent. As for Wood, he had no idea what kept the boy at his side. Maybe it was some strange twisted quidditch plan. Maybe he simply wanted to get insight on the twins for quidditch season. After all, Percy did complain about them an awful lot. Truly, he would not be shocked if the twins were playing some massive prank on him or something of the like. That made no sense. But why else would Oliver be his friend? Percy could not think of a single thing Oliver might like about him."
