Summary
In an effort to understand the practical use of sparkbonds, Shockwave performed a series of deeply unethical experiments. Longarm, an innocent who was just a regular civilian before Shockwave kidnapped him (and others) is the lucky survivor who is sparkbound to Shockwave. Their bond has all the perks of a real one, and all of the new, awful perks of being an artificial creation and abomination of science. Thanks, Shockwave!
Millions of years later, unwilling undercover agent Longarm wakes up on Earth with the rest of the Autobots.
