Summary
This is an initially epistolary (say that three times fast!) everyone lives AU with off screen mpreg (sort of, mind the tags) and lots of gratuitously cute childish misspellings, at first at least (sorry in advance).
These letters begin 19 years after the Battle of the Five Armies. Bilbo stayed long enough to be sure Thorin and the Company would survive, but not long enough to actually talk about what happened, heaven forbid. He allowed Gandalf to smuggle him away, thinking he had been banished from Erebor and forbidden from all contact with dwarves. He left knowing he would never return, but not knowing he carried with him more than just a broken heart.
Inspired after reading Merciless by silverneko9lives0 when I thought, but what if Thorin had gotten Frodo's letters? Not necessary to read that first, but it's a lovely work, so please do!

Summary
Billy doesn't really understand why everybody is looking so serious and sending Superman so many sad looks. He thinks this is an adult thing, that he'll understand when he's older.
This meeting was made to talk about Superman's clone- which makes him jealous, he wishes he had a clone buddy too -and he doesn't know why everybody is so stumped.
He guesses as an adult among other adults, he obviously has to voice his own thoughts as well.
(Which, again, he thought was kinda obvious but adults were weird like that he guesses)

Summary
It's several months after season 2, and politics are shifting rapidly in the New Republic.
“One of the delegation’s sticking points in the treaty has been a desire to share risk between the New Republic and Mandalore. They don’t want to sign without an assurance. Apparently it’s traditional to do this... somewhat literally. I don’t get the sense that it’s universally desired, but,” she shrugs a little, “we’re all floundering here. Rebuilding a republic out of a dictatorship isn’t easy.”
“I’m not getting the problem here, Leia. So they want it all in writing?”
She lays it out for him, and Luke can’t say he didn’t ask for it. “They want someone from the New Republic to become the new Mand’alor’s consort. Essentially, they want a hostage.”Luke wants the New Republic to back and fund his plans for the new Jedi Order, Bo-Katan wants Mandalore to rise to its previous glory, Leia wants a system of governance that is functional, and Din wants a nap.
(Or, the arranged marriage fic I had no intention of writing.)
