After what he almost did, what he had been planning to do. After they’ve come to a new understanding, of sorts. Armand takes a shaky breath, stands there unmoving as Louis turns around. Waiting, though for what, he’s not quite sure. A call to action, his cue in a play he does not have the script for. It shouldn’t matter. He’s good at improvising
A slow smile spreads across Louis’s lips, small and almost hesitant. He tucks his hands into his pockets, tilts his head boyishly.
“You gonna stand there all night, or are you gonna come over here and kiss me?” Louis says, a teasing lilt to his voice.
Louis invites Armand in.

Daniel kisses him, nibbles at his lip. Smiles and kisses him again, slow and soothing, the same mouth that does large predator maneuvers on all the sexy parts of Louis’ body. He kisses Louis’ cheek, his jaw, his lips again. Stays close when he's done.
“What you were saying, before,” Daniel says, Louis’ eyes full of his lovely face, his waist in the periphery with Armand's hands petting along his ribcage. “It's so stupid, it’s - I think about it. If both of you made me together. But that's not actually a thing, is it? Two makers.”

So not every night, but at least once every week, Louis drinks more than enough for two, wraps his fledgling up in his arms, and gives him his chest.

He’s going to see that Daniel likes doing that. Louis looks at him for a long moment. Daniel, if you think pity is what I am feeling for you, maybe you do need my help after all.

“One more?” he asks, his eyes burning greedily when Daniel cracks open his own; he shivers, wanting to be devoured.
“Oh, what the hell, sure,” he says, trying for cocky, but his voice is trembling and completely wrecked. “You better come too, this time, you bastard,” he adds, not at all managing to hold back a moan at the thought.
Or: he’s the devil’s minion and he grants his every wish, yadda-yadda. Daniel just really wants Armand to come inside him, and he gets what he wants. Eventually.

They had both grown up, but Ethan seemed to have done so more than Spencer had: the loose sprawl of his body exuded the confidence of someone who knew his place in the world, knew himself, in a way that Spencer now didn’t believe he ever would. Ethan’s beard only half-hid the planes and angles of his face, the boyish roundness of his cheeks long since smoothed into sharp cheekbones and a defined jawline. Even the gap at the collar of his shirt seemed deliberate, the tiny visible vee of undershirt somehow intentional. To what purpose Spencer could only guess; surely it was not meant to distract him, though that’s what it was doing. His eyes kept drifting to Ethan’s throat and the dip between his collarbones, the smooth tan skin below which worked tendons, pink muscles, the complex highways of artery and vein.
