Summary
The works in this series are set in a world based on Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint and a number of other works and influences, most prominently the Shin Megami Tensei series (Nocturne, IV/IV Final, and Soul Hackers), the webtoon "In The Deep" by Pache, and the cyberpunk genre at large.
This series centers around a university-aged Kim Dokja (an infusion of Kim Dokja with Most Ancient Dream) and a pro-gamer turned monster hunter Yoo Joonghyuk (mostly Secretive Plotter, though with traces of Yoo Joonghyuk throughout) who is a few years older than him.

"Let me go."
Kim Dokja turns to his left and notes the rude student-stranger from earlier glowering at the agents. The guy glances at him for a moment before turning back to the staff and demanding they let him go.
Suddenly it clicks. Those memories… that fight… the bracelets…
Kim Dokja sighs to himself.
He supposes his life as he knows it is indeed over and accepts it.
"Kim Dokja."
"Huh?"
"I'm Kim Dokja. Who are you?"
For all that this bastard loves to glower at him, he soon answers.
"…tch. Yoo Joonghyuk."
The name rings a vague bell in his head, but he leaves the matter be.
Soon, the two of them are escorted to a laboratory in the basement and they're positioned side-by-side, with their hands placed carefully on glowing orbs. Deep within his chest, energy vibrates and spills over, connecting them.
Yoo Joonghyuk is declared an S+ grade esper and Kim Dokja an S+ grade guide.
And this marks the beginning of his end.
A coincidental encounter has Guide Kim Dokja joining forces with Esper Yoo Joonghyuk.

Summary
As Kim Dokja thinks over everything, he realizes that this outcome is likely inevitable.
Because that voice. Oh, that man's voice.
Those deep, smooth tones make Kim Dokja feel a certain fiery way about him. It is enough for Kim Dokja to be so easily lured into accepting the constellation's invitation, following him through the fog and that interdimensional portal, leaving his colleagues behind, much to his shame.
Maybe this is pure karma coming back to bite him.
Maybe this is just his fate because he is a total idiot who falls for some sweet words.
Some very, very sweet words.
Because that man and that voice?
They melt Kim Dokja every damn time.
And it is exactly that weakness of his that lands him here in the first place.
Smack in the middle of the mystic forests of the N'Gai Domain.
A domain whose master is the owner of this voice.
Really, he only has himself to blame.
Kim Dokja simply wants to know just who the mysterious and alluring Secretive Plotter is.

"Archduke Yoo Joonghyuk has arrived."
The man pays the maids no mind as his sharp red eyes pin Kim Dokja in place.
And Kim Dokja knows better than to move or to even breathe the wrong way.
Because that name? Yoo Joonghyuk? He knows that name very well.
If this Yoo Joonghyuk is the same Yoo Joonghyuk that he thinks it is— that is, the protagonist of the fantasy webnovel, Ways of Survival, then his life is very much over. The novel was still ongoing, but where Kim Dokja last left off, Yoo Joonghyuk came to be known as the Eternal Archduke.
But none of that matters, because he's not a part of this novel.
"You're finally here, Kim Dokja. None of them will ever lay a hand on you."
Kim Dokja steps back, putting distance between himself and the bloodthirsty monster. Though… that isn't fair to Archduke Yoo Joonghyuk. This man is fair to commoners like Kim Dokja, so perhaps if he reasons with this guy, maybe even trades some of his blood, he can—
"No one will ever take you from me ever again."
Kim Dokja transmigrates to a strangely familiar world and meets a strangely familiar man.
