Summary
On their way to an op, the boat that Ghost and Soap are travelling on gets attacked. In the chaos, Soap is injured and thrown overboard, Ghost jumps into the raging waves after him. After getting swept away by a current, the two of them wash up onto the shores of a deserted island.
Ghost and Soap have always been much more than just Sergeant and Lieutenant, than just superior and inferior, than just friends, than just partners. With now nothing but time to wait for rescue, the two of them dance around their feelings. But as Soap's injury gets worse day by day, can Ghost confront his feelings about the man withering away in front of him before it's too late?

A mission goes to shit and Soap and Ghost have to find their way to exfil. Only Soap has hit his head pretty bad in an explosion and slowly forgets where he is and why.
Ghost protects him and trys to get him to exfil until he gets shot.

The wolf didn’t believe him.
It stared at him like prey expecting a boot to drop.
Its whole body quivered in the snow, muscles taut and ready to run, except it couldn’t.

Summary
A shot rang out as Soap snapped his head up, remembering there were more hostiles in the room with him. Relief spread through him as he watched two fall.
Ghost.
“Soap, give me somethingーhow copy?” Ghost pleaded through the mic, torn up with static.
Soap could only cough as he tried to press the button, fingers flicking at it weakly. More men were on him before he could get a word out, grabbing him by his arms and hoisting him to his knees. He felt cold metal hit his head, his vertigo plagued eyes tracing to the pistol that was now pressed against his skin.
OR
A scouting mission goes wrong, Soap gets ambushed, and Ghost fights to find him and keep him alive.
