Summary

Kita was as still as a statue. “Patience.”

Hanamaki pursed his lips, and his frown deepened. “You look ill.”
He reached out and placed his warm hand against Matsukawa’s forehead, brushing aside a few damp curls. He made a questioning noise, deliberating whether he deemed Matsukawa fine or not.
Matsukawa, meanwhile, couldn’t help but stare up at Hanamaki. He truly stood right there, alive and well, in front of him, exactly how he remembered him looking—from the slightly messy haircut to those grey eyes brimming with life.

Kita’s voice came through the speaker. Surprising. He rarely concerned himself with emergency calls from agents.
“Fucked up,” Suna said. “Situation is fucked up, Kita. Osamu got shot -- How the fuck did anyone find us here?!”
“Suna, watch yourself and calm down. When Miya called, we had Komori manually comb through the security vault, and he discovered an information breach. We assume your location was found out this way.”
Suna grunted, barely refraining from rolling his eyes. It wasn’t like Kita could see him, and if he could, Suna would definitely not be rolling anything at all.
