He doesn’t know what he’s doing. All he knows is that he needs Spencer to shut up this minute more than he’s ever needed anything in his life.
Before he can think, he turns to Spencer and shoves two fingers into his mouth, pressing down on his tongue.
Spencer looks surprised for only a second and then his eyelids are fluttering as he closes his lips around the intrusion, sucking lightly and letting out a quiet moan.
Carlton is so shocked he almost pulls back.
Almost.
Instead he stares, enraptured, as Spencer stops sucking to open his mouth and swirl his tongue around his fingers. His body goes limp against the seat and his head tilts back to surrender his mouth to Carlton’s hand. It’s the hottest thing he’s ever seen.

A/N: This was written based off a prompt on SkyrimKinkMeme. The premise is what if Cicero had not received his jester contract and had stayed relatively sane?
My response assumes a lot of ripples in the water. Enjoy!
Honestly, I felt if Cicero hadn't been freaking out, he would have realized he had to come to Skyrim sooner than he did in canon. And he would have gone directly to Falkreath instead of going t Dawnstar.
Astrid is a good leader and without years of being in control and discarding the Tenets, she would have made an excellent Listener. Arnbjorn's unrequited love seemed like an odd detail to throw into what should have been a simple smut piece, but it appealed to me to include what happened to him. And it does open up future chapters.
