If (and that’s a pretty big if) Shen Yuan lives to tell the tale, he wouldn’t be able to tell anyone how the fuck he ended up here; in a random alcove by the entrance of the ballrooms at one of the grandest hotels in the country, with Luo Binghe on his knees, looking up at him with sparkly, bedroom eyes, and giving him head.

Shen Yuan and Luo Binghe are in an awkward arrangement: they’re married under the guise of a corporate merger.
With a penchant for digging himself into a grave, Shen Yuan thinks they’re bros. He suggested, on their wedding night, that Bingge could just treat him like a bro. And that he could continue his “old ways.” Ha ha ha.
He learns very quickly that this was a mistake.

Shen Qingqiu's never wanted to be a parent before, nor does he know what he's doing with a four (or five) year old suddenly on his hands. But really, who else does the kid in the world have but him?

Summary
There were a lot of nasty plot device things in the world of Proud Immortal Demon Way which on their own could be devastating and even deadly. When a single person was subjected to multiple of those it certainly made them feel like they wanted to die. Thus, having been subjected to at least three or possibly more of these at once, Shen Qingqiu isn’t that worried when Binghe barges into his room. There isn’t much he can do to make it worse after all and maybe, just maybe, he’s inclined to make it better?
